Refund Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Any exchange request after the 10-day period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and if your shipping fee was waived (thanks to free-shipping promotion), refund will be excluding shipping fee if your final order value falls below the threshold to receive free shipping.
Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Health & Beauty Solutions does not provide return shipping labels and will not reimburse the cost of return shipping. The item remains your responsibility until it is delivered back to us. We strongly recommend using a signed, tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
For exchanges, the replacement abaya must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. If the new abaya costs less, no refund will be issued for the price difference. If the new abaya costs more, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
An exchange can only be made for the same product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
